Sushi-Meshi is a new Japanese restaurant named after sushi rice. In this restaurant, they have made an accent on Japanese cuisine, fish, and seafood from the Japanese Sea and the Atlantic. Here tuna is used for tartar or sashimi, and the scallop is served with yuzu and yogurt or as nigiri, rolls are made with salmon, eel, and black cod, and shrimp are added to soup or fried and served with chili-mango. The restaurant’s bar list features about 100 kinds of wine and a sake collection.
The essential thing in this logo is the graphic representation of a roll and two wooden sticks, and this element most accurately reflects the essence of the sushi restaurant.
